Return & Replacement Eligibility

Please take a moment to understand the following:

• All our products are handmade, one piece at a time, which makes every piece unique. Due to this process, slight variations in colour, tone, shape or size may occur between products. These are not regarded as a defect and therefore, would not be eligible for return or replacement
• Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping service provider or the recipient refuses the package.

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

• Incorrect Product delivered, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
• Product received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we shall be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value within 7 to 10 working days after receiving and satisfactory inspection of the returned item.

Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we would notify you, and thereafter shall process your refund as per our refund policy

In an unlikely situation, if you find that the package has been tampered/opened, we request you to please check the contents of the package in front of the delivery person. If everything is still in order, kindly accept the parcel and sign the P.O.D. (Proof of Delivery) else please report to us immediately on +917300444777 for next steps.

2. How do I return a Product?

• STEP 1

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at hello@woodokidz.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

• Order number
• Delivery address
• Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please email us an image of the item at hello@woodokidz.com

Unfortunately, we would not be able to consider any emails sent to us in this regard after 48 hours of the delivery.

• STEP 2

We would arrange for a pick up from the same address within 4-5 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.

• STEP 3

Once the product reaches us, we would inspect the product. Upon confirmation from our inspection team that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we would process the return request.

3. Reverse pickup

The reverse pickup shall be arranged within 3-4 working days from the date of request (which has to be within 48 hours from delivery date). In case of exchange, your new order would be on its way within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned product.

4. Cancellation

For cancellation of your order, please write to us on hello@woodokidz.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Please mention the Order Number, Item details and Reason for Cancellation.

5. Refund

Any Refunds shall be processed as per following timelines:

• Cancellation – Usually, 7 to 10 working days through the original payment mode upon receipt of cancellation request as per policy
• Return – Usually, 7 to 10 working days through the original payment mode post satisfactory inspection and confirmation of the returned product

6. Exchange Cost Difference & Shipping Cost

As applicable from case to case.
