  1. How soon would your ordered products reach you?

Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Monday to Saturday are considered as business days (as per courier partners) except for public holidays.

Products that are Made-to-Order or require any specific customisation as per client requirement shall take longer than the given above timeline. For such orders, our team shall communicate/inform to the customer through text message/email.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances such as pandemic like Covid-19 restrictions, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

  1. How do we deliver the orders?

We deliver your orders through our registered and reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart.  If you find that the package has been tampered/opened, please check the contents of the parcel in front of the delivery person and if everything is in order, only then sign the P.O.D. (Proof of Delivery) else please contact us on +917300444777.

  1. Is your order eligible for Free Shipping?

All domestic orders qualify for Free Shipping.

  1. How do I get to know if my order has been shipped?

Once your shipment is booked, we’ll drop in a text message/email with the tracking details such as the Airway Bill (AWB) number and courier partner name.

  1. How do I track my order?

You can track your order through our courier partner’s website with the help of the AWB number shared.

  1. What if you’re not around when we deliver?

Our delivery partners would try twice, then the product comes back to us and your order shall stand cancelled. Therefore, please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including Pin code/Zip Code and a mobile number. This would help in delivering your order faster.

  1. Do you ship overseas? 
No. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
  1. What about Cash on Delivery?

We do not give the option of Cash on Delivery.
